By using polyurethane elastomer material composite wing plate to better protect the conveyor belt; especially suitable for coal mine, iron and steel raw material plant, dock storage yard, power plant and coal yard buck-wheel reclaimer each direction of the drum, when the return conveyor belt of the material is more, the material can be discharged from the return conveyor belt.

The slagging pulley is used as the tail pulley or the tensioning pulley, which has a good cleaning effect on the materials on the conveyor belt; the slagging pulley rotates around the end bearing seat, the bearing seat has a unique sealing design structure, and the pulley runs smoothly; the thickness of the steel plate is 15-20mm, the wing plate in contact with the conveyor belt is 12-20mm, and the width of the single wing is 80mm.
