2．Working Principle
The BSDb Electric Push Rod uses the motor as the power source, drives the precision ball screw transmission pair through the reducer, and converts the rotating motion of the motor into a linear reciprocating motion.
The BSDb electric push rod has an efficient self-locking function. In the case of power failure, the load can be stopped and maintained at any position through the brake.
3．Structure
BSDb motor cylinder is made of such main parts as motor, reducer, trapezoid screw nut transmission-counter, fork connection, bearing house, flexible cover，overload switch.
4．Install and Usage
Motor cylinder is fixed on erection support by gudgeon, which make motor cylinder do not be chocked when motor cylinder rotate on the centre of gudgeon. Erection should be enough strong bear heavy push-pul effort.
Electrical connection should be done by professional persons. Connection box be opened only under without voltage condition.
5．Maintenance
The motor cylinder reduction gearbox and mechanical driving device have been filled with lubricate grease before delivery, so it can be used directly. No special application, motor cylinder only be filled with lithium lubricating grease2#( GB7324-1994).
Recommended grease designation: 2# lithium base grease.
