The friction aligning roller comprises a friction disc, a roller barrel tube body and a steel shaft. In the friction disc and between the steel shaft, two double-sealed bearings, a labyrinth seal and an outer seal end cover are arranged axially. The roller is pressed into the bearing sleeve in the radial direction, and the double seal bearing, labyrinth seal ring and outer seal assembly are installed in the bearing sleeve and between the steel shaft in the axial direction. After the friction roller assembly, the roller has good strength, small meridional runout, small rotating resistance, light weight, low energy consumption and long service life, generally more than 30,000 hours.
Friction aligning Rollers run smoothly, will not produce slosh in the conveying, more balanced, avoid maintenance and repair.
