The spiral Idlers are a part of the conveyor belt and play an important role in the conveyor belt.
1、Shaft is high precision cold steel, Tube is high frequency seam welding, Decrease diameter runout and to ensure the operation process uniform rotation.
2、Bearing use for HRB,ZWZ,LYC, SKF，FAG，NSK or others. Bearing seat and dust cup use for high quality steel pressing, Lubrication using disposable high efficiency and long lithium base, and the labyrinth seal structure, waterproof, dustproof performance is good.
3、Roller load coefficient according to CEMA standard selection; Roller bearing with choose according to DIN standard;
Conveyor Rollers advantages:

Spiral idlers use precautions:
1. According to the width of the belt or the width of the machine to choose the specifications of the roller and support;
2. Install the supporting roller support correspondingly on the side beam of the conveyor. (The symmetry deviation is not more than 2mm)
3. Enlarge the axle housing at both ends of the roller into the ear groove of the support, and ensure that the horizontal angle between the roller and the frame is 20 or ensure the corresponding distance size of the support. (The Angle and distance of the oval hole at the bottom of the support can be adjusted)
4. The spiral direction of the roller should be consistent when it is running.
5. Each group of roller installation distance can be designed according to the specific gravity of the conveying material, the general installation distance is 0.8-1.0m.
6. Earing parts are provided with butter nozzle, oil injection once every 6 months.
7. The impact force during conveying operation shall not exceed 300Kg/m.
8. This product can be used in the range of -40℃-70℃, beyond the range should be put forward in advance, according to the user's different climate conditions, working media and model design and production of special specifications of bidirectional spiral rubber rollers.
