Working principle
● The rollers on both sides of the double-cone automatic correction device are designed with conical + coated structure. The diameters of both ends of the rollers are different. When the rollers rotate, the linear speeds at the contact point between the size head of the rollers and the belt are different, and there is a speed difference, which changes the stress status of the rollers; When the conveyor belt runs off due to various reasons, the sliding friction between the running rollers and the conveyor increases, resulting in the rotation of the roller support around the rotation axis at a certain angle. At this time, the automatic correction device exerts lateral thrust on the belt to make the belt return to the original position after the deviation, realizing the automatic correction of the deviated belt and ensuring the alignment of the belt.
