The return lower idler set is a component of the conveyor idler set. The lower idler is composed of a single long roller, and each end of the roller has a fixed frame. The length of the roller, the hanger structure and the installation hole distance should allow the conveyor belt to have appropriate lateral movement, and do not allow the conveyor belt edge to contact with any fixed parts or frames of the conveyor.
There are various kind of roller diameter from φ89mm to φ194mm, and also the brackets can be hot dip galvanized or painted, which is depend on your choice.
