Conveyor carrying Impact idler have Rollers made of a resilient rubber material.
Impact Idler is used to absorb the shock of loaded material from chute at loading and transfer point, so as to protect belt from damage or deterioration. In order to ensure good bonding strength, the impact rubber rings are made of wear and impact resistant rubber are vulcanized.
There are three type idler :troughing impact idler, troughing hollow buffer idler and flat idler.
The performance and advantages of the Impact Idlers produced by our company：
1） The impact idler has light weight, small rotation inertia, and small friction between the roller and the belt.
2） Using the hot vulcanization process, the flame retardant rubber is injected directly onto the surface of the roller, the radial run-out of the roller keep stable, the adhesive force between rubber and roller is strong, and the cushioning performance is excellent.
