1. Application
● Motor Push Rod is safe, reliable, liner driving device. Its working principle is that transforming motor circular movement into linear motion by screw rod and ball screw. This XDT Motor Push Rod can displace hydraulic oil cylinder on such situations as vertical lifting, valve opening, position controlling.

2. Working Principle
● XDT Motor Push Rod is powered from motor and is driven trapezoid screw nut transmission-counter by decelerator to transform motor circular movement into linear motion.
● XDT Motor Push Rod has high-effective self-locking function. Under lost power situation, it can be stopped and keep loading at any position by brake.
3. Structure
● Motor Push Rod is made of such main parts as motor, elastic coupling, trapezoid screw nut transmission-counter, fork connection, bearing house, flexible cover, stroke limited switch, dust-proof sleeve.
4．Maintenance and Storage
The electronic rod reduction gearbox and mechanical driving device have been filled with lubricate grease before delivery, so it can be used directly. No special application, motor push rod only be filled with lithium lubricating grease 2# (GB7324-1994). The model of lubricate grease should according to actual requirement. It should replace the lubricate grease every twelve months. It should increase or reduce the replace cycle according to practical operation.
XDT Motor Push Rod should be stored on dry environment and keep from vibration.
