About Trough IdlerTrough idlers are used to support the conveyor belt and
the bulk materials (such as: sand, soil, gravel, gravel, ore, grain, etc.)
carried by the conveyor belt. It can be divided into 35°or 45°according trough
angle, and also can be divided into standard type and forward tilt type. The
trough forward tilt idler can be used for the whole arrangement to prevent
deviation.
RollersThe roller is made of carbon steel Q235B with the wall
thickness of 3mm to 5mm, and ovality of the pipe is 0.25mm to 0.4mm.The roller diameter is various with φ89， φ108， φ133， φ159，φ194 or requested.
The surface treatment of idler frame can be painted with different color or hot dip galvanized, The thickness of paint film or galvanized layer can be customized.
